Dr. Nasir is a seasoned leader in enterprise development, specializing in women’s economic empowerment and rural livelihood enhancement. He has worked with Nestlé, Haleeb Foods, Engro Foods, DeLaval, Tetra Pak, UVAS, Solve AgriPak, Plan Pakistan, and Lead Foundation on impactful dairy development projects.

He designed and implemented the Dairy Hub project, a community-driven initiative for livestock improvement and poverty alleviation, which won the Best Asian Dairy Project award in the Philippines and was later replicated in Bangladesh by PRAN Dairies.

Dr. Nasir established five Dairy Hubs in collaboration with leading companies, developed training modules for smallholder farmers, authored 15 training booklets, produced 15 TV programs on dairy development, and conducted specialized training for military and government dairy trainers.
